We accept most insurance policies and we request that you bring any information you have regarding your insurance to your initial appointment with Fit to Smile. We will be happy to process all of your claims and work hard to ensure that you are covered!
Insurance generally covers a portion of your dental visit and we will conduct a complimentary benefits check prior to all your dental appointments in our office. We always ask that you pay your portion at the time of treatment. Insurance companies give us information regarding your plan to allow us to develop treatment plans for our patients. Treatment plans are never a guarrantee because insurance companies never guarrantee payment on any procedure. However; we do the very best to estimate your out of pocket expense based on the information we are given.
Fit to Smile offers an in-house savings plan. This plan has been specifically designed for patients without insurance to make quality dentistry affordable to you and your family. Also, dont forget our fitness rewards that help with copays, deductibles and anything insurance does not cover!
